Deadly Car Accident in San Juan Capistrano Over the Weekend

A 26 year old man was killed in a fatal car accident in San Juan Capistrano over this past holiday weekend. At this time it does not appear that any other vehicles were involved in the accident, and investigators have not determined the cause of the crash. Apparently, at approximately 12:30 a.m. on the Fourth of July, the deceased was travelling on the south I-5 freeway in San Juan Capistrano when his vehicle veered off the freeway and crashed into a tree on the side of the road, just north of Junipero Serra Road. Unfortunately, there were no witnesses at the scene of the accident to help investigators determine the cause of the accident.

Although the cause of death has yet to be determined, it is very possible that another vehicle could have been involved, leading to the decedent swerve his vehicle off the road. If that is the case, there is the possibility that his estate may file a wrongful death cause of action against the at fault party.
