20 Year Old Arrested for Fatal Hit and Run Accident in Irvine

A 20 year old was arrested this week in Irvine for a hit and run accident that took the life of a grandmother.  The 3 vehicle accident resulted in the death of a grandmother who was driving her grandchildren.  The driver of a black Ford Mustang fled the scene on foot, and later surrendered to police.
