Here are the most recent developments in his case:

February 8, 2016:  We filed what is called a “Demurrer” to the lawsuit that was filed by Golden, in which we claimed that the Golden lawsuit was not adequately plead. The court ruled in our favor, and told Golden and his attorneys that they will have to amend their lawsuit if they are to proceed forward.
